What does Auspeps sell?
We supply premium, high purity compounds for research purposes.
Can I use them on myself?
NO. Our products are designed for research use only with proper safety measures in place, they are not for human use
How do I store my products?
Store all products in the fridge after reconstitution.
What is your shipping time?
Orders made before 11am Perth time are generally shipped the same day (excluding weekends). Our shipping times are 4-5 business days on DHL Express. This is the fastest available to us
What happens if my order gets lost in the post?
If your order is lost in transit, we will reship free of charge.
Where can I find your COA’s?

Do you ship to my state?
We ship Australia wide!
When will I receive my tracking number?
You will generally receive your tracking number within 48 hours of ordering. As soon as we pack your order and book the shipping, we will provide the tracking number.
What is your refund Policy?
If your products arrive damaged or otherwise unusable, let us know and will happily refund you in full.
